Use of Conference Rooms in Kellogg Library

1. The following conference rooms in the Kellogg Library may be scheduled:

   Notes:
   • $20 charge for required library staff escort of caterer per delivery
   • $20 charge for any food (catered or not) consumed in conference room
   • Complete Conference Room Fee Schedule and other relevant documents.
2. Request the use of these rooms through University Events Scheduling Office (UESO) using the online electronic Request for Use (eRFU) form. 
   1. Use of catered food or drink in these rooms must have prior approval as outlined in the eRFU process.
   2. Library Administration will have the caterer sign the ‘Kellogg Library Guidelines for Caterers’ form (see Attachment 1)
   3. Depending on the time of the event, the event sponsor will work with Library Administration Office or UESO on protocols for delivering food to and removing food from the Kellogg Library.
   4. The event sponsor will return the room furniture arrangement to its original configuration, wipe down all tables at which food was used and remove crumbs from chairs.
3. If signage is required to direct attendees to the event, the event sponsor must arrange with the Library Administration Office, 750-4330 or 750-4350, to provide the signage.  Affixing signs to doors and/or walls is not allowed in Kellogg Library.
4. Those requesting use of these rooms
   1. Must cover all eRFU-related costs (e.g., facility)  and
   2. Are responsible for any damage done to furnishings or equipment during the event.
5. The UESO will provide a copy of the eRFU to the Library Administration Office prior to the event.
   ***Events where alcoholic beverages are served must adhere to the campus policy for use of alcoholic beverages.
