Media Booking Service
What is a Booking Request?
If you need an item for one-time or short term use, then "book it" to ensure it's available when you need it. Request media materials in advance using Media's Booking Request form.
CSUSM media materials
For library owned materials, submit your booking request at least one (1) week in advance of date needed.
Non-CSUSM media materials
(Faculty only)
CSUSM Faculty may also request multimedia materials from one of our Affiliated Lender Borrowing Agreement partners. To allow enough time for processing, please submit requests at least two (2) weeks in advance of date needed.
Once you locate your material, return to complete the Media Booking Request form.
