Members of the community who are not students or employees of Cal State San Marcos may purchase a Readers' CIrcle card. The Readers' Circle card holder may borrow books and media materials.

Price:  $30.00 a year.

How to apply: Simply come to the Library check out desk and ask for a Readers' Circle card.

Because our primary responsibility is to our faculty and students, we are unable to offer use of the following collections and services to guest borrowers:

• Holds and recalls
• Interlibrary Loans
• Reserve collection
• Circuit materials
• Databases may be accessed in the library only
