The Teaching & Learning Librarians have two resources for the campus community offering guidance on using (or not!) generative AI tools.
The Students' Guide for AI includes general AI guidance, how to evaluate AI output, and how AI fits within the Student Scholar Research Process. We offer advice on how to navigate the AI ecosystem and make decisions about if, when, and how to use it.
The Faculty Guide to AI provides resources relevant to the faculty about Generative AI. It provides examples of how librarians can partner with faculty both in and outside of the classroom; an explanation of how librarians work with and guide students on generative AI; and information about how faculty librarians evaluate AI tools within library subscription database resources.
